The Hod HaSharon municipality is looking to better understand the priorities of residents with disabilities and special needs.

We invite you to answer a number of questions about clubs and leisure activities to give the municipality a better picture of your needs and those of your family.

The municipality will then be able to offer you suitable clubs and leisure activities, in addition to the existing clubs and activities offered on the municipality's website.
 

Important information:

  • The survey will be active until May 15, 2025.
  • The questions apply to both males and females.
  • Answering all the questions will take about ten minutes
  • After completing the questionnaire, if you are willing, the municipality will send you updates regarding accessible clubs and activities via email and to your phone.
  • If your family includes more than one person with disabilities, please complete the survey separately for each individual.
  • If you are parents of children with disabilities and special needs, please answer the questions on behalf of your children.
  • The information you provide is secured under data security and privacy protection laws.
